Nina Vesterby started as CEO in Lumi Group 1st of August 2024. She came from the position as CEO of Story House Egmont AS and is a Norwegian national. Before Egmont, she was CEO in the National provider Global Connect Privat in the Telecom industry, and she has held board positions in many companies, such as Markedspartner, Norsk Presseforbund, MBL, Lynet internet, s360 and Garnius. Nina holds a master's degree in strategic management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a degree in business and administration from BI Norwegian Business School.

Martin Prytz has been the Chief Financial Officer of Lumi Gruppen since 2021. Mr Prytz has more than 15 years of experience in finance and auditing, including extensive experience from both listed and private equity–backed companies. Before joining Lumi Gruppen, he served as CFO at REMA Industrier AS. Earlier, he held the position of CFO at Fibo Group AS, worked as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, and served as Head of Finance at Telia and Rockwool. He began his career as an Auditor at Deloitte AS. Mr Prytz has also held several board memberships in group companies within Fibo and Telia. He holds an MSc in Accounting and Auditing from BI Norwegian Business School and a Siviløkonom degree from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
